What is your policy on returns for perishable food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer specific delivery slots?
Yes, during the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date. On the day of delivery, you will receive a tracking link with a 2-hour window notification so you can ensure someone is home to receive the fresh goods.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
